Refund & Cancellation

This policy explains how subscription cancellations and refunds are handled for Bloggent. It is intended to set clear expectations before self-serve billing is broadly available.
Cancellation timing
Customers may cancel or downgrade at any time. When a subscription is canceled, access to paid features continues through the end of the current billing period and then renewals stop automatically.
Monthly plans
Monthly subscriptions are billed in arrears for the current month of access and are not refundable once the billing period starts, except where required by law or where Bloggent expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
Annual plans
Annual subscriptions may be canceled before the end of the term. Unless a custom contract states otherwise, eligible annual refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis for the unused remainder of the prepaid term, less any non-refundable fees already incurred.
How to cancel
Customers should cancel through the billing settings once available or by emailing meet@bloggent.com from the account contact address. We recommend requesting cancellation before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
