This Acceptable Use Policy forms part of the Bloggent Terms of Service and applies to every account, workspace, API call, connected provider request, and generated output created through the service.
Prohibited SEO and publishing uses
You may not use Bloggent to create or coordinate spam campaigns, private blog networks, cloaked pages, doorway pages, malicious redirect schemes, or other deceptive SEO tactics. You also may not use the service to mass-produce content intended to manipulate search rankings without meaningful editorial review.
Illegal or harmful content generation
Do not use Bloggent to generate unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, hateful, or dangerous content, or content that violates another person's privacy or publicity rights. Users remain responsible for what they publish or distribute.
Fetcher and robots rules
You may not use Bloggent to abuse external sites, bypass robots.txt expectations, overload publisher properties, or trigger automated collection in ways that violate provider terms, website restrictions, or applicable law. Requests made through the platform must respect configured safeguards and third-party access controls.
Security and service integrity
You may not attempt unauthorized access, credential attacks, scraping of internal systems, denial-of-service activity, reverse engineering intended to evade safeguards, or any other action that degrades the service, disrupts other customers, or interferes with infrastructure providers connected to Bloggent.
Enforcement
Bloggent may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, rate-limit usage, suspend administrative access, or terminate service for serious or repeated abuse. We may also preserve evidence and cooperate with providers or authorities where required.
